Wishlly is a web based feature request tool that provides the ability to:

• Gather feature requests from users
• Share a public link board, or an embedded widget
• Manage feature requests from users

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

To use certain features of Wishlly, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion

You agree to use Wishlly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates laws or regulations
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person
• Engage in any conduct that restricts others' use of the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service
• Introduce viruses or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our permission

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Wishlly and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on the Service

Online payments are processed with the highest level of security using a payment card as the payment method, enabling secure online transactions. Upon successful completion of the payment, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

The payment processor operates a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D Secure security standard, representing a global approach to customer authentication for safe online transactions. As part of this security measure, users are redirected at the time of payment to a secure authentication page, where each cardholder is verified in a unique, one-time authorization code generated for each online transaction.

Refunds will be issued exclusively to the same payment card used to complete the original purchase.

To complete a payment, the customer is required to enter their bank card details. The transmission of this information is carried out in compliance with all applicable security standards. All data is encrypted during transfer and stored only on secure, specialized servers operated by the payment system provider.

The following information is required to process the payment:

• Card number (16 digits)
• Expiration date (month and year)
• CVC/CVV security code (3 digits)
• Cardholder's first and last name as displayed on the card

If the currency of the payment card differs from the transaction currency (MDL), currency conversion will be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the issuing bank

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013 on Consumer Protection, the buyer has the right to return the purchased product/goods for valid reasons within 14 days from the date of payment.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment card used to complete the purchase.
